Food Vendor Application 2025

Deadline for applications is April 14, 2025. If space is available, late entries will be accepted. However, a late fee of $25 will be charged in addition to the vendor fee. We reserve the right to limit the number of similar items to be at our Down Home Days Festival. This is necessary to provide all vendors a fair opportunity to sell their products. Decisions will be made on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to add an item after we receive your form, please call our office for approval (850) 973-2788. If you wish to make payment by check, please contact our office first.

I confirm that the information provided above regarding my setup is accurate. I understand that any discrepancies between the submitted setup and the actual setup on the day of the event will disqualify me from participating as a vendor.

Please acknowledge your agreement with the following setup rules for Food Vendors:

I understand that fire extinguishers are REQUIRED for any open flame and I will not be able to setup without one.

I understand that I am REQUIRED to provide TWO trash receptacles.

I understand that if my setup includes a deep fryer, grill, etc; I am REQUIRED to use tar paper underneath in case of a spill.

I understand that QUIET GENERATORS (less than sixty decibels) are allowed and that any generator onsite will be monitored by event staff.

I understand that ALL Health and Food Safety Standards provided by the State of Florida must be followed by everyone working in my Vendor Space.
